Many of us consider that nothing compares with a good book, because a good book can offer you total freedom, you can go anywhere you want, you can visit places you have never seen, you can love anyone you want, you can eat everything you desire (and won’t get sick because you ate too much), also you may cry or you may laugh when you want and when you feel like it. You can experience all these with a really good book.
There are many books that we can chose from and everyday there is something new that can be a great lecture.
There are many places where you can buy a book, the number of libraries is increasing every day, and these is great, because these means more new and interesting books and magazines.. So these is one of the places where you can buy new books, but there are shops of antique which sell used books, magazines and much more. They don’t have new books. Of course that this shops is a positive thing for the population, because these shops have books for any pocket. Nowadays, more and more people have financial problems, and many of them can allow only the elementary things, even thought they love to read a good book. Since the budget is decreasing , it shouldn’t mean that your wishes and desires should too. So, these kind of people prefer to go to a shop where they can buy used books. These stores will sell a used book according to the shape that the book is. Usually all the books in these stores are in good condition and they don’t have missing pages. Many of these books are well maintained, these shows that the person who previously read them took good care of them. In an antique shop you might find any kind of books, from fiction, historical, western, classic, horror, action, historical romance, military and much more. You might find books written by great authors like Mark Twain, Charles Dickens, Edgar Allen Poe, Clive Cussler, Louis L’Amour, Stephan King and many others. So you could get the books of these famous authors in libraries, where you will get them for a higher price, but new or buy the same book, with a lower price, but as an used one. There are of course people who prefer libraries, they want everything to be new, rather then going in an antique shop. These shops also have children’s book, with all kind of stories. The only negative thing about these shops is that you may not find what you want immediately, and you probably must wait until someone gives up on it and brings it at the antique shop. Some of the books are donate and some of them are sold at a very small price. For some of us it doesn’t really matter if the book he or she read is new or is bought from a shop with used books, all that matters is to be a quality book.
